Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Payment 1.1. All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all online reservations.
1.3. We accept major credit cards and debit cards for online payments.
Check-In and Check-Out 2.1. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.
2.2. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
2.3. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy 3.1. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation cost applies to all cancellations.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in date will incur a 70% cancellation fee.
3.3. To cancel a reservation, please contact us directly. Cancellation policies may vary for special promotions or packages. 3.4. All requests to cancel must be made by email to info@querba.co.za.
No-Show Policy 4.1. In case of a no-show, a fee of 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.
Changes to Reservation 5.1. Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5.2. Any changes must be communicated directly with us as soon as possible.
Guest Responsibilities 6.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.
6.2. Please ensure that all personal belongings are secured. The guest house is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Smoking and Pets 7.1. Smoking is not permitted inside the guest house. Designated smoking areas are provided.
7.2. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Quiet Hours 8.1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum.
Liability 9.1. The guest house is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
9.2. Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations during their stay.
Additional Rules 10.1. All guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
10.2. Guests must comply with fire safety regulations, including not obstructing fire exits or alarms.
10.3. The guest house reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates house rules or engages in disruptive behavior.
10.4. The guest house is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles, while on the premises.
10.5. Guests must respect other guests’ privacy and property, and are responsible for ensuring that their visitors adhere to house rules.
Room Use 11.1. Rooms are intended for overnight accommodation only. Parties or gatherings are not allowed.
11.2. Cooking or the use of hot plates or portable heaters is prohibited in guest rooms.
Property Access 12.1. Access to guest rooms and common areas is restricted to registered guests only. Unauthorized access by non-registered individuals is not permitted.
Lost and Found 13.1. Items left behind by guests will be held for a maximum of 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of.
Parking 14.1. Parking is available for all guests on the premises. The guest house is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles.
Visitor Policy 15.1. Visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM. Visitors are not allowed to use guest facilities unless accompanied by the registered guest.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions 16.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests accordingly.
